History

The idea of Colenth really started back in 2015, but it only really started to physically manifest in 2022, which was when the early founding team of five Asian American college students felt a new drive to make Colenth a thing. 
The newfound drive stemmed from the desire to expose Americans to more real, small, and literally local Asian brands as opposed to larger more established ones (although we still carry some products from them). So, after 2 years of both procrastination and preparation, we opened our website to the world in June of 2024.
From then on, our cultural hub storefront has been updated frequently, bringing in new products and content. The team has and will continue to bring everyone more independent and authentic Asian stuff of all categories, while also making some extremely mediocre blogs.
